Cascade Moon Edition No. 2 is a rare Tennessee whiskey release honoring 150 years of heritage at Cascade Hollow. Crafted from fewer than 20 hand-selected barrels filled after the distillery’s 2003 revival, this whiskey was aged for over 16 years in new American oak and bottled at 90 proof to showcase its mellow complexity.

Nose: Caramel, toasted oak, vanilla bean, candied orange, and warm baking spices

Palate: Rich and layered with dried fruit, leather, cocoa, citrus peel, and hints of tobacco
