The Quinta Ruban takes its name from Portugal’s Douro Valley "Quinta de Roriz"—a historic port wine estate where Glenmorangie’s spirit finishes its maturation. Initially aged in ex-bourbon American oak, this 14-year single malt spends its final months in ruby port casks, infusing it with refined sweetness, rich fruit, and velvety depth.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Elegant aromas of warm molten chocolate, ripe berries, dried fruit, honey, and a soft hint of oak
Palate: Luxuriously smooth with layers of dark chocolate, black cherry, raspberry jam, creamy vanilla, and gentle oak spice
Finish: Long and sensual, combining silky cocoa, red berry sweetness, and a gentle touch of port warmth
