The Heaven Hill Grain to Glass Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey is a limited-edition release that highlights Heaven Hill's commitment to craftsmanship and transparency. Each year, the distillery collaborates with Beck's Hybrids to select a unique corn seed varietal, which is prominently displayed on the label. This rye whiskey is aged for six years in rickhouses W5 and W6 at the Cox's Creek site, located on the third, fourth, and fifth floors.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Opens with aromas of dried flowers and grasses, complemented by toasted oak.

Palate: Rich flavors of butterscotch and caramel, intertwined with complex spices and a subtle hint of cigar tobacco.

Finish: A warm and spicy finish, featuring a pronounced cinnamon note, charred oak, and a touch of campfire smoke.
