Catoctin Creek Watershed Gin is a distinctive American gin, crafted from organic rye grain and infused with a proprietary blend of herbs and spices. Distilled in Virginia, it pays homage to the Chesapeake Bay watershed, offering a unique take on the gin profile.

 Tasting Notes

Nose: The aroma is fresh and bright, with notes of dry juniper, sweet citrus, and exotic florals. Despite the prominent botanical elements, the organic rye base is evident, contributing a subtle black pepper spice, cereal sweetness, and a hint of minerality.

Palate: The texture is wonderfully rounded, with a creamy mouthfeel and warming, minty spice. Flavors of sweet resin and rose hip give way to candied lemon peel, cinnamon, and fennel, culminating in a long, licorice-filled finish.

Finish: A lingering finish characterized by notes of licorice and a soft juniper presence.
