Part of Westland’s experimental Cask Exploration program, Cask 5700 "Symposium" is a bold, limited-edition single malt that blends tradition with innovation. This expression was first matured for approximately four years in new American oak, then finished for nearly three more years in an ex-tequila cask—resulting in a whiskey that’s both rich and refreshingly unique.
