Crafted from Alba six-row winter barley grown in Washington State’s Skagit Valley, this limited edition highlights the distillery’s commitment to regional ingredients and innovative production.

Tasting Notes:

Nose: Roasted pineapple, floral hints, cereal grains, grape soda, cookie dough, and roasted almonds

Palate: Fruity pineapple notes lead into flavors of Wheat Thins, black pepper, fig bars, and gingerbread cake, all balanced by malt sweetness

Finish: Smooth and creamy with a lingering nutty sweetness
